Tungsten bottle opener .

A little Christmas gift to a friend who basically encouraged me to start a blog .

Recycled off -cut high carbon saw blade steel with original tungsten saw tooth , dark etched and stone washed . 

I'm still working out the best way to do the actual bottle opener  so this part may evolve with time but its got some light jimping on the spine and of course hte tungsten tooth makes an excellent fire- steel scraper or emergency use only glass breaker .

Proto mini tool.

 There are so many different designs of the mini pry/tool out there on the market and Ive always been a big fan of small EDC pocket tools that wanted to have a go making my own

Recycled saw blade steel with a dark etch and stone washed finish  could be used as a mini pry , scraper , flat head screwdriver or sharpened to make a small chisel cutting edge , bottle opener ,Tungsten carbide  fire- steel striker , emergency glass breaker ,door wedge, oh and sheath for it on the way as well .

Pimped stonewashed True Utility peanut lighter , im always amazed at how long the fuel stays in these perfect for key ring use .

Tareinco micro zippered pouch .

 Ive been using this now for a few weeks as a EDC pocket key-chain carry  which has now replaced an old battered Gerber mult-itool pouch .

The pouch houses  an Inova STS flashlight , Stone washed Atwood Prybaby ,  stone washed spy lighter and a leatherman ps4 on 2 safety break away cord-lock tethers allowing me to  quickly change carry as needed .

The other end of the Custom made 550 cord lanyard keeps  Uncle Bill's Sliver grippers , 10 hour mini light stick in tube holder , Ti inchworm , pill version spy capsule , Resqme ,  True utility telescopic pen , Trit kit marker and a Swiss-Tec key tool  all on a Nite-ize S biner .

I also stone washed my EDC Peanut/ spy lighter from True Utility .

 I striped out the internal lighter parts and removed the O ring it now looks well worn and battered on my key ring .

Another cool little EDC gadget .

This beautifully machined Swiss +Tech 'Screwz-all 'key chain tool was another birthday gift from Alex over at Alpha bushcraft .

Its perfect folding size and x4 screw driver heads will make a useful addition to my EDC set up .

One of my kydex kit keepers on the way to a well known and respected US Tumbler Blogger.

This black version features kevlar cord tethers on safety break away cord-locks so that different pocket carry items can be changed over fast and then re secured ,simply loop the longer top one over your belt  and place in your pocket. 

 It also has double sided glint and glow Cyflect riveted in place for emergency use signaling  or as away to find those pesky keys if you mislay them in the dark .

Photon X-light Micro.

 I just picked up this addition yesterday and had a quick play with it last night and so far am impressed .

 4.5 lumen's out the front with an 18 hour run-time on x2 CR2016 batteries with max power on / off then full brightness control from dim setting through to 3 strobe settings , SOS and Morse code mode .
