Instead of doing anything productive today I spent 5hrs straight w/no break learning to crochet and making a travel mug cozy and now my hands hurt and also I don’t have a travel mug on which to use it

I FORGOT TO SHARE BUT: I started cross stitching and I made this for my sister-in-law It took like. Idk. At least 16hrs to make I think? I didn't have a pattern so I sorta just traced it onto the fabric and prayed a lot. It was hard to make the tentacles look like tentacles and not a green blob lol
