So today’s episode was kind of a... what’s the word?
Shitshow.
Let’s start from the beginning shall we?
First, I’m worried about my child with the KFC dude going after him. But more on that later...
BUT GUYS IN THE ALTERNATE REALITY WITH MICHAEL AND KEVIN FUCKING TRAN. You have no idea how happy I am that he’s here, though I don’t know if he’s gonna show up in the later episodes (I really hope he does). But I am incredibly concerned about AU Michael’s plan. The good thing is that only one person at a time can traverse to our dimension. Which means that if the spell is performed in Mary’s vicinity she may be able to go back.
Technically last season, I wasn’t really pro-Mary, more like Mary-frustrated and a little frustrated with the writers (though being frustrated at the writers isn’t anything new). With all the decisions she made and what not. Though I sort of understand what was going through her mind when she made some of those choices, doesn’t mean I like them. I kind of understand what was going through the writers’ heads when they thought to bring Mary back, but c’mon. There were plenty of other choices to bring back. Charlie, Bobby, Benny, Ellen, Jo, and several others!
ANYWAY, getting off topic, so moving on from that point.
Lucifer losing most of (all of? some of?) his grace and then catapulting himself back to our side of the mirror. At least now he’ll kind of know what it’s like to be a human and then maybe he won’t so much of a dick...
Who am I kidding? This is Lucifer we’re talking about, he’ll always be kind of a dick.
Before I move on... Kevin said that an archangel’s grace is needed for the spell right? But Michael (of course) isn’t willing to offer his grace... so... does that mean Gabriel or Raphael might make an appearance? Unless the writers introduce the other archangels that I think are in the Bible or another religious book?
AND THEN FUCKING KETCH BEING ALIVE STILL. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH HATRED I HAVE IN MY HEART FOR THAT MAN MONSTER. I HAVE NEVER WANTED DEAN TO MURDER SOMEONE SO MUCH BEFORE. LIKE SERIOUSLY?! OF ALL PEOPLE FROM THE BMOL TO KEEP ALIVE YOU CHOOSE HIM???? AND DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE FACT THAT THEY WERE INTERROGATING HIM INSTEAD OF SHOOTING HIM SO HE GOT AWAY
Lastly, we just got Cas back only to lose him again! GODDAMN IT LUCIFER! Now the KFC guy has Cas in hell and since he can mimic voices, the boys have no clue! On top of that, THAT FUCKING BASTARD KETCH is allies with the KFC guy!!!
AND
Everyone is gunning to get Jack! WHO IS ALL ALONE. He may be a powerful nephilim but... He. Is. Still. Practically. A. Kid! Yet everyone (except for maybe the Winchesters and Cas, though Sam kinda wanted to use him to get Mary) is desperate to use him and his powers. So yes, I am extremely worried about Jack. Which begs the question of how many episodes until someone finds him? And when he’s found, who is he gonna be found by? The angels, who wanna use him to create more angels? The demons, who want to use him to open up the gate to release the Shedim and use him as a weapon against the AU Michael? Or the Winchesters, who just wanna keep him safe?
Sidenote: Really loved that little reference that Rich dropped about Lucifer’s current vessel, Nick’s Bar? Great. Really loved that Briana was livetweeting with the rest of us. Which makes me wonder where she is if she’s able to watch it so early instead of Vancouver time? Also, Cas’ face when he was with Lucifer? It was practically screaming “Please please please, bring back the time I was partners with Crowley. PLEASE. That was less annoying and less infuriating than being in the general vicinity of Lucifier.’ Which of course is understandable since Lucifer killed Cas when they last saw each other.
But Kevin being in the alternate world makes me wonder... I know that during Comic Con they said that old characters will most likely show up in the AU. And so far we’ve got Kevin and Bobby. Which prompts the question: who else will be shown in the AU?
