Reggae Sting 2013: The Greatest Reggae Show on Earth Reggae Sting 2013 is a few weeks away and the organizers have recently released some pretty big names for the lineup. This years edition features an all star line up with artists like 2 Chainz, Super Cat, Beenie Man amongst others. A press conference hosted by Miami’s 103.5FM K. Foxx & Melky Jean was held at NYC Griffin Cocktail Lounge this week. Hot97 DJ Bobby Konders was on the turn tables, The Jamaica Tourist Board, Kiprich & Sidra Smith were amongst the high profile attendees. This years edition of Reggae Sting might be the best ever. It features an all star line up with artists that currently run the dancehall and reggae charts as well as artists that have earned their stripes on earlier editions of this big Jamaican festival in Portmore, Jamaica.      Women Making a Difference • Meet K Foxx K. Foxx presence can be felt throughout NYC & is growing at a steady pace. You can hear her on New York Morning Show on HOT97, she also stars on VH1 reality series ‘The Gossip Game’; but in addition to these notable accomplishments she is now introducing us to an organization that’s very dear to her heart ‘The Kfoxx Princess Project’.

K.Foxx dedication to the community is always paramount to her. She visits high schools, speaks to trouble youth and host non violence rallies. But her most notable endeavor “The Kfoxx Princess Project” in conjunction with Teknique Agency and Closet Gem gives female high school seniors whom have excelled in their studies the chance to have the prom of their dreams. Fashion and beauty brands team up & provide products to assist in making the evening a reality. “This project is dear to me because I wanted to give back to young ladies who have excelled in school but may not have the means to really enjoy the one night of their life that should be a cornerstone in their development” .Recently the organization awarded students from the ‘Bronx High School of Writing & Communications Arts’ gifts which included a full makeover, cosmetics, hair product, dresses shoes & more in addition to an all paid expense prom experience for the valedictorian.

Stars in attendance to celebrate the accomplishments included Yandy Smith and Faye Southerland of Love and Hip Hop, Emily B of Chrissy & Mr. Jones, Tasha Marbury of Basketball Wives and The Gossip Game’s Kim Osorio, Ms. Drama, Steph Lova and J Rome of ABC’s Duets.
