He had seldom gone to this land before. He recalls being there... At least once. Though, back then, he was young. Unskilled. Easily beaten by the bandits. Where it not for a travelling guards patrol... Well, he wouldn't be here right now.

And thus, nigh over 200 years later, he found himself travelling the wilds of Skyrim again. Albiet, it was a lot more different than he remembered. This land, he remembered it being a beautiful snowy heaven... But now? Now it could easily be called a wasteland. Torn apart from Civil War. Bandits where a rather large problem, having claiming most of the wilds for their own. Save for the Dwenmar Ruins, the Reach...

But, that also meant easy money. The Jarls, they would pay rather handsomely for the removal of these Bandits. And so, this elf, clad in his usual red cloak and iron armour, his Greatsword dubbed 'Harbinger' hanging from his back, found himself by the Jarl of Whiterun's throne. He was informed that a bandit encampment, to the south, was halting the trade routes. And that he, as well as a woman he was to meet up with by the name of 'Khal-Ran' where to simply wipe them out. He accepted the offer, knowing full well that he would be able to take out some mere bandits.

The elf trudged down the path of Whiterun, and soon found himself outside its gates. Where he was supposed to meet this woman.
