About: Khalon is an abandoned experiment, left in the quarantine zone in Azys Lla. A freak accident caused his tank to malfunction, waking him from stasis. Having regained consciousness and broken free, he found himself unable to escape the hovering island, proving the effectiveness of facility to house dangerous products. Designed to be an unfeeling, detached soldier, he sits without purpose and without a designated owner, replaying the knowledge that had been inserted into his mind via materia and soulstones during incubation.
[Player's note: There is obviously a lot of room for character growth and development as he is a chimera of sorts, having been spoken to during incubation by scientists and his handler who are now all dead, obviously. He will have abilities, but I certainly won't god-mode him or make him infallible.
