He takes a lotta pride in it (what with all the hard work he put into achieving it) so it would be especially hurtful
As for Olivier.... Obviously, insulting him would sting—but he has a LOT of patience. So in contrast to Cedric, it actually takes a lot to get him genuinely upset. However I feel that the one thing to push him over the edge would be physical harm. If you punch him the pleasantries are gone and he's getting your ass /j
