I must say day one of #kheperawellnessstudio at The Capoeira Spot was a big success. Thanks to #KheperaWellness kids director @seanmichael1117 we got to take these young capoeiristas to new (but very familiar) heights! I have to say they were trained very well by the instructors The Capoeira Spot. Before @seanmichael1117 could finish instructing crow pose, head stands were naturally popping up all over the room! It's always magical to facilitate two modes of learning movement with children because they are still natural connectors. The way they make those connections is always insightful and a lot of fun. Having a knowledgable and intuitive instructor like Sean is perfect because he can connect with the kids on their level and show them new things in their language. We also had our first #oneleggedcrowpose in the studio today in the same class!
