born and raised in king’s haven, leon is an only child. his parents went through a pretty nasty divorce when he was seven. his father disappeared from the map and even though he was supposed to pay child support, he hardly ever did. leon’s mother did everything in her power to give her son the best education. she paid for guitar and piano lessons. she even sent him to berklee because that’s how talented leon has always been in her eyes.
he was in bands in high school, but it wasn’t until college that he learned how to work collaboratively with other musicians and songwriters. his newest band -where he plays rhythm guitar and sings, sometimes piano- has been doing gigs since they all graduated, but the mini tour is over and leon really needed a rest. so, he’s staying back with a friend in king’s haven until the band starts working on another project together.
it the meantime, leon is doing his own solo project. he has a backing band (wcs) and everything. he’s not exactly close with them. they met just a month ago, but they’ve been playing gigs in clubs and bars and people absolutely go crazy with the songs. it’s a new feeling for leon, but he loves it.

temptation (band) is more indie rock than anything. they still have some catchy pop-infused choruses, though. leon writes most of the songs, they relate to his struggles to live a normal life. he was diagnosed with bpd (borderline personality disorder) when he was nineteen and has been medicated since he was thirteen. he tries not to let it get to him, but the moodswings and the impulsive rage are sometimes too strong for him to handle on his own. that’s why he uses music as a coping mechanism. and even though you can definitely dance to temptations’ music, the lyrics can get pretty dark. this also percolates his solo work. sometimes, the monologue in his head can get rotten, infecting everything in his life. you’ll find him uncharacteristically depressed. it last a week tops, though.

zara hart was born and raised in kings haven, massachusetts. she spent her whole life in one little town with the same greasy diners on the same three streets, and she hated it. it was probably why she got into trouble so often: idle hands, as the saying goes.
also, you know, the unmedicated adhd didn’t help lmao.
it didn’t help that her parents spent most of their lives in the family restaurant. at first, zara did her homework in the back booths, but after one too many vaulted straws and games of 'the restaurant floor is lava', she was banished to ride her bike outside–as long as she looked both ways, twice.
her parents did their best not to let zara in on their economic problems, but it was pretty obvious as she got older. in high school, she waited tables at the restaurant, and quickly realized after watching that her parents struggle that her dreams of running away to italy, meet some dashing stranger, and then drive away from the world together into to the fading sunset in his vintage roadster weren't going to happen.
instead of living out a lifetime fairytale, she went to school online and got her nursing degree, and now she's a nurse in the er at the same hospital she was born in.
pretty much her entire identity is taking care of other people, and her signature move is getting over-involved in people's, especially her parents. she knows that her dad has struggled with his vices in the past, so she's personally going to ensure he doesn't fall into his old habits.

alessandra lombardi was born in sicily , Italy. the eldest daughter of the american - Italian senator : agostino lombardi. her father had traveled to Italy to visit some family, when he met her mother anastasia moretti. it didn’t take much for her father to sway her mother off her feet and in less two months , they were married and anastasia was just weeks pregnant with alessandra. her father traveled from the states to Italy frequently but it wasn’t until her mother had a fall that he decided , to stay with her until she gave birth to alessandra.

first of all, lottie wants to butt in and inform you that it’s lottie, not carlota––and if that’s too difficult for you to remember, don’t talk to her at all. this is not a joke. you have been warned.
clearly, this attitude stems from somewhere, and it’s from being the middle child of her family of four (( ya girl had to get attention Somehow )). she has an older sister who she loves to hate and hates to love, and a younger brother who takes after every early 2000s disney channel show’s annoying little brother character. lottie was the resident goth stuck in the middle.
her dad split when she was in middle school with no explanation and left her mom to pick up the pieces and his massive credit card debt. lottie’s really close to her mom, but her mom is kind of a mess lmao. her mom writes trashy romance novels, and she’s really whimsical and fun...but she’s also impulsive and forgets when the bills are due.
a lot of that is because her mom grew up really quickly. her grandparents expected her mom to be perfect from a very young age, so her mom reverted to the child she never got to be once she got away from her parents––but y'know...we don't talk about generational trauma in this household.

lottie doesn’t talk about it ever bc like she’s so fucking humiliated that she failed, so most people wouldn’t know she went to med school at all. she kind of gave up on life after she dropped out of harvard.
her dreams were crushed, so when the hotel was hiring just about anyone with a bachelors to be a receptionist, she applied so that she’d have a paycheck to buy video games and comic books.

Mariana Adams was born in New York City to loving parents who deeply love each other. Her childhood is filled with love and laughter, and she is a happy child.
