Okay, so the thing was, I tried....to trick u n stuff by consulting u on possible SS gifts and lying that my recipient was LP’s biggest fan(not a lie, bc lp was born from ur gentle soul) and an artist friend of yours (fri...ends...with yaself......heh,,,) and that I was intimidate (I AM, because this gift has to be me pulling through to MAX APPEAL FOR U BC i really WANTED UR GIFT TO BE SOMETHING SPECIAL/AMAZING/HARD WORKED ON and i hope that comes through) but I’m not sure if you had an inkling who ya SS was (ur sherlock ass probably had a SUSPICION when i wouldn’t tell u a name)...and see I wanted to make u a dank ass gift but U LIT GAVE ME AN ENTIRE FIC WHEN I CONSULTED YOU WHEN I WENT THAT ANGLE (to throw u off the scent of who was my SS) and I was like dammit jay i love u but....this feels wrong.....for my recipient to give me ideas for her gift bc the beauty of SS imo is ”GASSPS WHAT WILL I GET” so hELLO!! tADA!! The plot is inspired by the original short story, “The Gift of the Magi”, by O. Henry. It’s simple, but writing Roxas and Sora being adorable to each other always gives me warm fuzzies, especially with the Christmas theme.
