Visiting the Lion

After having plenty of time to get woken up and caffeinated, being well into the afternoon, Edge combed his hair and got fully dressed, then made his way to Leon's place. 

At first, he debated picking the lock, but since Leon said it was a surprise he didn't want to ruin it, so instead he cleared his throat and knocked on the door. "Yo, ya here Leon? Did I come at a good time? I'm not late or anything am I?" 

The ninja slept in later than he thought he would, having gotten plenty of rest from his work the couple of days before.

"C'mere yew pain in the ass an' try eatin' this here lunch I made." Cid barked while pushing a questionable looking bowl of food over toward Edge's direction.

Pain in the ass? Well, at least Cid was offering free food. Edge took a spoon and dipped it into the bowl. "Didn't know ya cooked, gramps." Even though Edge was one of the few that didn't think of Cid as old, he still called him that to tease him. Edge then took a bite of what appeared to be food, carefully.

Checking In

Since he didn't have keys, nor was the ninja one to enter politely. Edge lock-picked the doorknob before entering Leon's house. "Yo, kittyboy! I got all your work done for ya, still sick?"

He muttered to himself. "Digital worlds and magical books, mh, the upkeep was harder than I thought...gotta hand it to him."

Wolf Doing Lion's Work

Edge started searching through radiant garden for the black haired ninja. Most would have trouble finding her, but Edge being a part of the same profession himself, knew where to look.

"Yo, shuriken girl!" Edge shouted to get Yuffie's attention as he approached her. "The kitten is sick and out in bed, so I'm filling in for him for the day, and he told me you were the go-to one with the Restoration Committee work. So what's the first thing on the agenda?"
