Flocking Project: Working With Camera Imput
Testing the camera imput for the Flocking Fish Project at the Cube Studio: The Flocking Fish Project is a student experiment using alternative imput techniques after doing a series of workshops with us this semester
The Flocking Fish Project: First MultiTouch Test Run
Students get to test their prototypes at the Cube Studio... using the MultiTouch Test Wall and camera imput. More videos to come of this project... as they also have The Flocking Fish working with camera imput at a much larger scale... Introducing the students to the GSpeak system
While testing their projects on the Multi-Touch Test Wall, the Emboddied Media Design students got a chance to use the G-Speak Gesture system for the first time. Andrew Sorensen (also from The Cube Studio) gave the students a quick demo of the gestures before they slipped on the gloves... next semester will be even more fun!!!
Nathen Street's first MultiTouch Project Test...
Using libraries from the 'Processing' programming community. Nathen is currently a MCI student at QUT . This project is a terrific solution to the Cube Studio design challenge first posed to these students in March. These students were offered a series of workshops in alternate digital imput technologies... and the projects are being tested this week!!!
