ik this is a very used trope for todoroki but i love it so much, so im gonna say it one more time.

shoto todoroki uses his quirk when he hugs you. it’s obvious the he’s kinda oblivious to relationships and that’s just because he’s never been in one before you, but he’s trying his best and that’s what matters the most. when he finds out from a conversation with a few of the girls in class 1-a that warm hugs are comforting, he wonders if you agree.

so he tests it.

todoroki knows you’re a hugger, you basically hug him every time you see him. so the next time you hug him, he’s gonna use his ice quirk and slightly make himself colder to see how fast you move away. then he’s gonna test it with his fire side, and heat himself up.

once he finds out you prefer a warmer hug, he uses it every time as an excuse to show off to you without you really realizing it and also an excuse to hug you more.

bakugo hates public affection. this man will not hold your hand when you guys are around your friends. behind closed doors, bakugo wants to be held, kissed, cuddled, LOVED. all of it. he craves your affection and attention. he even craves it when your in class or training. he wants to sit in the corner with you and have your head rested on his chest while you play with his hands.

i love the idea of big, strong guy needing a soft and affectionate significant other. it’s adorable.

i’m imagining after long day of school and training, he will let himself into your dorm when your showering and make himself comfortable in your bed and will wait for you to come out and cuddle with him. youll open your door and see him sitting in his phone, cuddled in your blankets and you know that it’s gonna be a cuddly night with him

hawks hugs are warm and tight. he’s been working as a hero for long enough to know not every day is guaranteed, so he makes sure to appreciate ever second he spends with you.

the first (and only time) the villain league threatened him by harming you, he didn’t take it lightly. he set up security cameras around the outside of the apartment that he could look at 24/7, he watched from above every time you left the apartment, and even made sure to stay away all night to protect you.

he cared about you more than himself, because he knew that if he couldn’t protect the one thing he needed in his life, he failed his job as a hero.

the first time you were involved in a villain fight, he made sure to keep an eye on you and keep you as far away as possible. he put himself between the villain and were you were hiding to make sure their focus stayed on him and not you.

he kept your relationship private for as long as he could before the news gave it away by leaking photos from paparazzi. he wasn’t embarrassed of your relationship, he was scared. he didn’t want the wrong people to know that the number 2 pro hero: hawks, has an important person in his life. even after the leakage, he kept you inside to protect your identity and to you keep you as “hawks mystery woman”.

everyday he came home to you, you received the biggest bear hug ever, his wing wrapping around you two like a cocoon. it was then he knew you were safe.

one hug from kirishima, except it’s not a hug you get from a stranger but a hug you get from your best friend you haven’t seen in years whos love language is physical touch and squeezes you so tightly and doesn’t pull away until you pull away first, would cure over half of my problems rn.
