But today is the first day of my own trial. I have moderate pain today in my left hip, spine feel sore, and left buttocks feels inflamed.
After much research about a “low starch diet” I am putting it to the test…and today is the first day of my trial. I am giving myself 6 weeks of a no starch diet “NSD” and will incorporate to a low starch diet “LSD” after and seeing how this will effect my symptoms.
I went to the gym two days ago. Elliptical 15 mins, treadmill 24 mins, stretching, ab work
B: Greek yogurt (honey), blueberries | Coconut chai
L: Arugula, basil vinegrett, tomatoes, avocado, raw goat cheese feta (ingredients say no starch) almonds
D: cooked bell peppers, mushrooms, summer squash, almonds. (small portion) --- plate of cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, half of an avocado.
