Robin’s combat boots paced the hallway a couple times, his cape swishing behind him. When the leader was deeply engrossed in his thoughts, he had a tendency to lapse into repetitive habits, usually with a punching bag.
Right now, though, Robin felt no desire to kick or punch anything. He stopped his pacing, and his hand moved to rub the back of his neck. Alright. He could do this.
The black letters on the door were something Robin had seen almost every day, and yet each time he got up the courage to knock, he’d read them again and lose his nerve.
