When Y/N wanted Tony to come over after work for movies and pizza, he always had an excuse. Yes, they maybe in a relationship but it was very loose. When they wanted to talk about what they were, they choked, it was just like their necks were in a noose. They were avoiding the obvious instead of facing the truth.

Tony started to think what they had could be fizzling out, he was a little shocked because he never had a doubt that she was the girl for him. Yet, when he looked into her eyes, he couldn't imagine life without her. They were the same people as when they met. Yet, if they wanted to take their relationship further, Y/N would act like she was bored and Tony would get cold feet.

It was like he forgotten that he's never had it so sweet but when he was out of town he realised that's deep down Y/N was his girl dressed in a gold crown, his princess and he never wanted to let her down.

Tony knew deep down when he looked in her y/c/e, he couldn't imagine a single second without her. Their love kickstarts again.
