Update – I totally ate half of this icecream sammich today and didn’t work out this morning because my shoulder was in massive pain. I also know that I’m going to be overeating and drinking over MDW, so I’m putting together a 3 day cleanse challenge group to help jumpstart my summer metabolism. Im starting in 2 weeks - Tuesday May 31. Would love someone(s) to hold me accountable because last time I tried this I barely lasted 2 days. Any takers?!? #halp #mdw #kickstartsummer
