Immediately the boy scrambled for his wooden jian, his form trembling as he beheld what he could only discern was a demon standing before him. He said nothing, but he was intent to hold his ground against whoever, or whatever, affronted him so.

“|Monkey!|” Squeed the boy, almost tripping over his long Wuju regalia as he ran to approach Wukong. He was careful however not to get in too close. His Papa had always taught him to be wary around wild animals, “|So cool!|”
Then, as was his first child-like instinct, the young Yi picked up a stone and chucked it straight towards what would one day be his monkey student, laughing as he did.

“|... Are you celestial?|” The boy asked in a local dialect, his words perhaps fragmented to anyone schooled in the common Ionian tongue. His eyes were wide all the same, almost literally sparkling as questions rolled out his mouth, “|Why is your hair like that? My Grandpapa once told me a story where there was a spirit in it, and-and they had magical hair. Is your hair magic? I want magic hair like yours, Miss...|”
"Little thing"
“Are you from around here? You look like one of the girls from down the road. They’re not very nice.” The young boy huffed and crossed his arms, “They make fun of my eyes because they’re different, but they haven’t done it in a long time. My Master made sure to talk with their Mama and Papa. He does that a lot. A lot of people listen to him and think he’s very smart.”
Little thing~
An airy ‘Waa...’ of amazement left the child, and he passively took a step closer, “Are you real? You don’t look like a person that’s real. Mama tells stories of Star Spirits and... and-and she says they have pretty hair and pretty eyes not like her eyes. Do you come from Stars then? Are you a spirit?”
"Little things~"
There was just a small, quivering boy hiding behind a wooden dao, “M-Monster! Go away. Go back to the caves. I... I will fight you. I will! I am a Wuju Practitioner. Really! I can beat you...”
Little Thing.
“Miss where are all of your clothes?” The amber eyed boy let his head fall to one side, “Around here you’ll get cold miss. You’ll get cold and in trouble. My Master won’t be happy. He’ll tell you to go home.”
"You are so small."
“刀ム刀ノ?“ He asked, backing away from the Huntress somewhat, “ノ'ᄊ 刀Ծイ Ц刀Ð乇尺ㄎイム刀Ðノ刀 ム ЩԾ尺Ð リԾЦ'尺乇 ㄎムリノ刀....“
