other cool design features:

his feather is a magpie feather.

the clips on his tie reference his original striped shirt, as well as being the roman numerals for "13".

the "HALO" is a black watch like unit and the friendship bracelets are important. i imagine he keeps most of these between mirror words.

his coat being over the shoulders mimics a cape; as his source is a superhero story and they call their powers "capabilities" or capes for short. of course, murph doesn't have one of his own, but that's okay.
