Ingredients: 8 oz rotini pasta. 1 lb ground pork. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 oz pizza sauce. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and black pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is softened. Stir in the pizza sauce, sliced pepperoni, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it evenly with the pizza sauce mixture. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and add sliced black olives. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
