Sandwich For Sidestep

I specialize in more of the baking department. But I do dabble in the Culinary scene. there’s one Sidestep ive been struggling to come up with ideas with. Because they didn't strike me as a sweet guy. More like a Bar Appetizer connoisseur, if you will.

I was originally going to make a pastichio ice cream. But decided not to, on the account I forgot to buy pastichio, and I can’t find my equipment for it.

so I went with plan b. A crispy chicken sandwich, on a soft pretzel bun, with beer cheese. The beer cheese is homemade with miller highlight, cheddar cheese, milk, a little velveta, paprika, salt, pepper garlic, onion ,cayenne, and a hint of chili powder. I can’t believe I forgot to take a picture of the Sandwich with a beer. I knew something was missing, and didn’t realize till after clean up. When I opened the fridge and had a shelf of beer bottles mocking me with their endless clinking.

I really love Kidhellion’s art. It gives me old school comic vibes. If their art could be liquified and filled in an IV drip. I would inject that directly into my viens. They do have a patron so please check it out. In terms of money, I have no money. But maybe one day. They’re one of the reasons why I made an account and stopped ghosting through posts.

I really like their Hollowground as well.
