For people with ADD/ADHD: If you're in class and can't concentrate try chewing gum or if you can listening to music on a low volume with ear buds!

For people with ADD/ADHD: I have found that "dressing up" your pencils and pens male it easier for me to focus in class; such as matching colors of grippers and erasers with pencils and having different textures of grippers.
