Kielbasa Hash With Sweet Glaze
What you need 3 large potatoes 1 kielbasa 1/2 large onion 1 bell pepper vegetable oil 4 tbsp brown sugar 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp mustard 1 tsp dried thyme
How you make it 1.In dutch oven, brown potatoes, kielbasa, onion and bell pepper in oil. 2. Deglaze with water and add vinegar, thyme, brown sugar, and mustard. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to low and cook until glaze thickens, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. 4. Add cheese on top and simmer until melted.
