what would be the protocol for like, handing in a completed piece on time and then writing a bonus chapter a month later? because that seems like something i might end up doing?

Hmmm an interesting question.

There are two scenarios.

Scenario One: Extra stuff handed in before the fics and art are released.

Perfectly fine. At this time I will still be checking the emails semi regularly to that I can keep in contact with those who are doing extra work in the place of people who have left the event. Write a little blurb at the top explaining the situation and this/these bonus chapter(s) can be added on and posted along with the original work. Additional artwork will simply be added to the compilation that you submit. DO NOT FORGET that these bonus artwork and chapters must be submitted in the same format as the original and include word count, warnings, summary…etc.

Scenario Two: Extra stuff handed after the fics and art are released.

This is a little more difficult as I will most likely cease to monitor the event email after it has concluded. Here you have two options, you can post it to your own blog and link it as a bonus chapter for your fic over here OR you can send me a submission to my personal blog (petitepirouette) asking me to tack it on to the original and I can add it as soon as I find the time. DO NOT FORGET that these bonus artwork and chapters must be submitted in the same format as the original and include word count, warnings, summary…etc.
