My kids come in one form: adorable.
Spent the weekend in Suzhou with this stunning creature. So glad she puts up with me for some reason. <3
My kids keep me happy <3
Uh Oh
Met my Chinese sugar daddy's son yesterday. He's cute and speaks really good English and I stayed an extra thirty minutes just talking to him and uh oh. 我不要。
I'm officially too acclimated to the cold. I could see my breath in my bathroom and just shrugged and went back to brushing my teeth. My transformation into an ice queen is almost complete
Goals for 2015
Similar to resolutions but that sounds like something I will invariably talk myself out of so I'm sticking to goals.
1. Paint 30 new drawings to hang up in my currently poster-barren living room.
2. Write one short story a month. Nanowrimo convinced me that I can write well, just not yet in a long form. Oh, the plot holes in that damn story. They curl my spine.
3. Study Chinese every day until I can understand why the sitcoms playing at the gym are funny. My fellow joggers are always laughing while they watch them. Something must be funny.
4. Teach myself piano. Why? Self hatred. Pure, unrelenting self hatred.
5. And last but not least, visit two countries outside of the US and China. No Hong Kong does not count.
Check in in a year and see if my motivation continued or if I succumbed to laziness and the almighty pull of hulu and Tumblr.
