Soft Serve Ice Cream
Kikyouya's premium mochi ice cream. Winner of a couple of ice cream contests in Japan, I was surprised by its price tag (it is even more expensive than the usual Häagen-Dazs small cup...) - it is delicious, full of flavor and textures, and definitely worth trying it at least once!

Chuka Soba from Kikyouya, Takayama - Gifu Prefecture. Takayama has only a few regular ramen shops but the ones I've tried there were nice.
