time to try 3 more instant ramen, this time we've got Chashu Ramen, Fujikko Tororo Soba, and Chuka Soba

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu pork, and spring onion. The noodles have a very nice gauge and the chew was really great. Not too chewy but not overdone at 8 1/2 minutes. They are great cold, dipped into the warm sauce which seemed like a kind of tangy tonkotsu with notes of fish and perhaps vinegar. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4527760168635.
Yamato-ya, a small homely place near the area of Yokohama Station's West Exit. It was a cheap and nice stop for some chuka soba, fried rice and gyoza. Full and happy stomach!
Chuuka soba from Aoba Kawasaki. The original shop was recommended by michelin guide as one of the best ramen shops of Japan.
Light chicken and niboshi soup with regular-sized noodles. Special attention to the toppings, the chashu was one of the best ever!
Chuka Soba from Kikyouya, Takayama - Gifu Prefecture. Takayama has only a few regular ramen shops but the ones I've tried there were nice.
