Just this. Every time you doubt yourself and think; I’m not worth it, I don’t deserve it, what it I hurt their feelings? What if they don’t like me? You are diminishing your self worth. You are diminishing yourself.

I feel like loving yourself is one of the hardest things to do. I’m currently embroiled in a situation where I need to speak up for myself, and I’m choking. My mind keeps coming up with reasons why I don’t deserve this that and the other. But it’s all just a rouse.

Well, there is at least power in acknowledgement, at least I know the real truth, and I can make decisions from there when I’m ready. The worst thing you can do here is continue to beat yourself up, do what someone who loves themselves would do, and keep loving yourself.

One day that love will fill up your cup, until it’s spilling over and you say what you need to say.
