rei-drome replied to your post “Honestly, the most upsetting thing about doing the Kill All run in...”
I would personally add getting "but nobody came" in the Ruins. Since there isn't a counter in that area and the music is normal up until then, it's jarring and unsettling no matter how many times I've done a kill all.
To add on, how jarring it is whenever Flowey says “but nobody came”, either genuinely or sarcastically.
Honestly, the most upsetting thing about doing the Kill All run in Undertale is eating snowman piece in front of the snowman, and keep taking until it becomes a puddle...
and attacking Monster Kid.
I cannot bare looking at the snowman anymore out of guilt, and I flinch every time I do the Kill All run and I get to Monster Kid...
swear this isn’t what i wanted
(this life ain’t fair to us all)

I call Undertale's "kill all" route the LOVEly Route
HA!
I like that. LOVEing route, too. I LOVE it.
I”VE MADE A NEW UNDERTALE DISCOVERY, I think!!!
Remember how I was saying that the song in Snowdin for me was different than all other times? And I was in the Kill All run, which I have done multiple times, and the slow song for that was not the same as it always was before? And how I even verified this by watching other Kill All playthroughs?
I decided to go back to Snowdin and record the song that plays there with audacity. I recorded a bit and then I stopped it, but just as I did, I heard new parts of the song, so I started it over. And then as I listened, it seemed to be kind of... a short medley? Of two or three songs?? And the last song on that being something important???? In any case, I’m just about to copy the recording and then speed it up so I can hear it. I’ll keep ya’ll in the loop!
I know your type. You’re very, uh, Determined, aren’t you? And you’ll keep going, even if there’s absolutely no benefit to preservering whatsoever. Not out of a need to be ‘Good’ or ‘Evil’, but because you can. You feel like, because can, you have to.
Sans upon defeating him.
So I beat Sans then restarted the game without saving, then beat him again and restarted the game without saving, then beat him one more time and restarted without saving and he said this to me
