Zak Brown has denied Alex Palou's claim that he told Alex it "wasn't his decision to hire Oscar" during 2022 talks on joining Mclaren Arrow Indycar team. I think it's important to note though that he said this in an interview with Reuters, and not under oath in court. So nothing about this actually affects Alex's case, and it wont mean anything substantial for the proceedings until he repeats it in court.

I'm pointing this out because I'd hate to see people hastily claiming this proves Alex lied about the conversation. Zak Brown can say whatever the hell he wants to the press and not be prosecuted for it, he wont be forced to tell the truth until he's back in court.
