they’re scall, scall the performer, if they were to be real you’d need to take the angry face mask from beanies & bring it on an adventure to the throbbing domain then bahblahblah cutscene including Scall and you can talk to the npc!! Scall would require cats with specific collars that have gone on adventures and coins. Once their requirements are fulfilled, you’ll be able to teach a cat a desired ability from 2 of your existing retired cats, (the cats are randomized so you can’t really cherrypick what cats you would want to learn specific abilities).
I’d imagine that Scall’s mask was stolen by Dr Beanies, so by taking the masks back you’ll be able to give said mask back to them. The only reason I could think of for why you’d bring the angry face mask to the throbbing domain (before unlocking Scall) is because Scall used to perform for the Throbbing King before being promptly kicked out and threatened for being ass at entertaining the king
OH YEAH BTW Scall’s pet cat is Chast, a collarless collar ca?t?? and Scall probably was a past owner of Arthur before something happened. I don't know what that something was I’m not very good at story-telling all that much (Chast can switch between being a mask and an actual cat)
