hrmmm. id say probably scarecrow
i think jeremiah could cook by instructions and'd probably be pretty decent at it, though i think he would get food delivered/pre-made significantly more instead to conserve time to get other things done (busy busy bee...) and sometimes he would just not eat 💀 whether he didnt have the time to with running arkham and all that, and/or he straight up forgot
cupid could bake via instruction + make simple meals also by instruction... he will straight up eat raw meat rather than cook it himself, send him into the forest if hes hungry and out of groceries (or whatever he took back from there last time. type of guy that is good at hunting! 😋 i always imagine him living on the outskirts of gotham in a house thats in some forest
scarecrow probably knows how to cook a lot of meals, i feel like he probably had to cook a lot for himself growing up. by jove he'd make the best pumpkin pie. bake me cornbread, southern boy..... he doesn't even need to look at a recipe, hes just that powerful
