Finally made some progress on Dark Spiner Stadtisch. I was unsure as to how I wanted to paint his spines, so I slapped him together the other night to get some idea. After I do the spines, all that’s left is the detailing. I learned a lot while painting this model, so I’m confident that in the future my spray painting and camo patterns will be a lot better. I’m not too pleased with how it went on the Spiner itself as I prefer the bigger, blotchier look I got on the Killer Dome. There was a gap in time between doing the two of nearly a month, so I completely lost track of what masking technique I’d used on the first. Oh well! It still looks lightyears better than the original teal, in my opinion, and I had a great time working on it.
