As you can see most recent posts are bunnies. If you're wondering why then here's the answer: the bunnies are trying to kill me. We have taken in so many special needs bunnies lately that they're just constantly demanding my attention to keep them alive. In this video we have Watkin (the black bunny) who has a sludgy bladder. He belongs to our sister rescue @earps.inc but we are fostering him. You can also see Patrick next to him who has been really struggling with a low body temp, edema, and bradycardia. All of that probably means his heart is screwed up. As for the other bunnies, well let me give you a list of the ones most determined to kill me: Lt Dan: well you all know what's up with him. He was run over by a lawnmower which amputated and broke his legs and now he needs surgery on Thursday. Maximus: he came here from our sister rescue Bunny Puffs Exotic Refuge and just had his front leg amputated. Killian: he came here from INKY rescue and is paralyzed. I have to manually pee him 3 times a day. Noel: (pronounced Knoll) came here from Bun Bun Brigade. He is also paralyzed and needs to be manually peed. Mal: longterm resident is having some struggles with an infection in his incisor sockets. Needs meds and critical care. Jude: continues to have a bad heart but also recently had a stroke. Herschel: you all heard he had a big seizure last night. Wash: another paralyzed long term resident. Benjamin: super cute badly splayed front legs. He's actually pretty medically good, but if he climbs on the bed to pee on me one more time I might cry. Bonnie Sue: sludgy bladder. Need to fix th So, there you have it. And that's just the rabbits!
