oh man that would be the greatest, though im about 300% sure anne bonny is gonna be in black sails (im a little disappointed mary wont be though, or at least shes not mentioned in the characters list so far). but a show centering around them would be so fab and hbo would be great for those two because lets be real here how were they not at least a little bit a little bit gay for each other

man, I don’t like the musical either. the book is about ten million times better.

ah yeah! i did like the book quite a lot. although i have to admit the pacing was really weird? like sometimes it moved along at breakneck speed and then suddenly it would slow to a crawl for a good few chapters? idk, maybe it was just me.

yeah i don’t have a huge emotional pull. but the music is good and it’s a really fun show :)

i agree. i dont think there’s anything ~emotional~ about it, at least imo. it’s a good story about great about overcoming but other than that.. blah. maybe if i’d seen it live i’d feel different.

hmm yeah i feel the same? i feel like it's meant to be fun and it IS and there's some nice little life lessons built in but omfg it's just not sad enough for me

I'LL DO THE THING okay anne/karimloo is my favorite blog because I always feel this v weird sense of pride when I see her running around having a blog that is about 2 billion percent better than mine because once upon a time she was that strange url that always popped up liking my things and now we're friends and she's the best ever and i'm really glad that happened. so yes. also i really really admire/cry over briannacherrygarcia from afar.
