Some of these would-be usurpers were foiled without me lifting a finger. I learned of one called Overlord—whose alternate modes were a prototype for Tidal Wave’s Dark Fleet—who tried raising an army against me on Garrus-9. My general, Skyquake, put an end to those machinations, at the cost of his spark. It goes to show that for every follower driven to envy, another turns to zeal.
This barely scratches the surface of has-beens and never-weres that have set their sights on my title. Shockblast, Six Shot, Killmaster, Kilohertz, Dynamo, Fearmonger... and many, many more whose names I do not recall. They all met the same fate.
