I try to help you out a lot. If you need someone, I'm here for you. I think this is ridiculous. I also think that your counselor "Ms. Griffin" is a dumbass for telling you that you can emancipate from your parents. I know your parents are not that terrible. They tear you down like every other asian parent. It's possible that you're more sensitive to it seeing as their attack on you as something rooted to a past mistake. Anyway, I love helping you out when you really need it. I really can't help you out with the family situation anymore because of what happened last night. No offense, you almost kind of took advantage of me. You called me asking for a place to stay despite not even speaking to me for months. That isn't a two minute favor, that's a long-term 9 month favor. You really have to consider how drastic things are at home before you want to take that step. Anyway, you called me and asked. Of course, I helped you out. I showed up at your house at 12:30AM. Your dad found out and proceeded to take you home at 2:30AM. I'm all about helping people out, but I really don't like the fact that I look bad for doing so. Your dad obviously cared about you if he showed up at 2:30AM to get you. This is beyond ridiculous. Don't waste my time about issues that you can obviously resolve in possibly 45 minutes. It's annoying, and I have my own shit to worry about. Let alone yours.
