Baba Ramdev led premium company Patanjali Ayurved has hold off its plans to re-launch the ‘Desi Social App' - a WhatsApp killer chatting platform, Kimbho, after successive failed attempts which was lunched as a trial version on  August 15 with the promise of launching the complete version on August 27. Patanjali tied up with a Noida-based app making firm thereafter, but it didn't work out either. This is quite a big climbdown as initially, Kimbho was billed as a WhatsApp killer.

The trending news from the app section this time states of Patanjali’s Kimbho app, which has been removed from the Google Play store.

Patanjali’s Kimbho app face troubled times again. Recently, Ayurved’s messaging app ‘Kimbho’ was recently pulled down from Google Play Store, just a day after its beta trial version was introduced on the platform.

However, the Ramdev-led firm complained that this was basically a conspiracy by a multinational company against a Swadeshi firm and even added that they would be back soon.
