I think she might be used to appearing all ok? She feels as if she needs to put together at all times I kept hearing "gather yourself up" she might not pay much attention to her emotions which end up causing alot of problem for her in the end bc at times she might just have a full on breakdown of all those emotions that she has been repressing. Does she have an good girl image? I see her being very conscious of her image. But I do see her being a very solved person.
