@kimnomster after like forever i've seen a tiny bit of blue sky today for about 10 secs and it was beautiful. same for fansites- to cover blemishes the clone tool is often used without proper masking and professional technique therefore face shapes and shadows can be ruined as well as color thus why some edit them up hella

In my opinion as an artist whitewash happens when an individual edits only one's skin to look brighter than the real value, leaving the other colors to their natural tone
meanwhile pastel editing is done with artistic purposes and refers to the whole picture and design it's true with small editing certain face shapes can be kept but don't really expect professional editing

idk Why I'm butting in but here I am - From what I know Mon said that his skin is dry af so he needs to moisturize it a lot (me always) and tbh everyone gets pimples from all damn different reasons and we all have good and bad days - I've also seen Tae and Jimin get pimples at times
