Florence has a moderate knowledge of where certain routes and destinations are in the city, so when someone comes up to her and expresses that he's lost, she feels obliged to help. She doesn't know every place, every business, every restaurant, but she guesses trying doesn't hurt and she'll feel good afterwards if everything is successful. The city is a confusing place, with lots of crooks and crannies, and she hopes he doesn't ask the directions to somewhere that's located in a district she's never heard of.
"Where do you need to go?" she asks on the spot, a small smile on her lips. She's helped a few people before and she knows how to handle the situation well enough. Her eyebrows are raised, waiting for the stranger's answer.
