Kinda!Con needs our help!

Kinda!Con is a NJ based convention, perfect for beginner artists and lots of fun for guests. The event hosts an artist alley, cosplay meetups/contests, and much more! Unfortunately, this year the venue made a mistake when booking the event. Now the convention staff needs to raise $2,000 or the event will lose their venue and the con will be cancelled. I personally know the event planner, she is a great artist and an amazing person. If you can afford it, please check out the donation page. If not, please share and spread the message!

Updated Kinda Lineup!

Okay, the votes are in and the official, totally not changing this time, lineup is:

Saturday - Party Shiro (still deciding which color hat but mostly look for the dude in the Space Dad t-shirt carrying a boombox)

Sunday - Galra Prisoner Shiro (might get a little more...creative with this one 😈)

Too much piled up :(

Unfortunately, HIM Sinestro won't make it to Kinda!Con this year due to too many assignments for this week (I have to file my fafsa, apply for an internship, write a paper, etc. etc.) and this leaves no time to finish the cosplay. He will absolutely be at CPAC though.

Instead, I will hold a short term voting contest on my instagram for who should show up on Sunday out of these characters:

Ellis - Left 4 Dead 2

Harry Mason - Silent Hill

Matt Holt (prisoner version) - Voltron: Legendary Defender

Shiro (prisoner version) - Voltron: Legendary Defender

Kinda Lineup

Saturday - Party Shiro! I haven't decided yet if I'll wear the black hat or the purple hat (I'll post the comparison later) but look for either and listen for the boombox!

Sunday - Crossover cosplay HIM from The Powerpuff Girls and Thaal Sinestro from Green Lantern (HOPEFULLY - it depends on if I get the sewing done in time)

Kinda!Con is a go!

I decided last minute to go to Kinda!Con in Morristown, NJ April 14-15!

Lineup: I'm not sure which days will be which just yet, but Party Shiro is definitely making an appearance, frattier than ever! Keep an ear out for my boombox!

I'm going to try to bring a ridiculous new cosplay in, but I've got a lot of schoolwork in the upcoming weeks, so I'll see what I can do. On that note, does anyone know where I can get hot pink/fuschia makeup? It can be eyeshadow, blush, or grease paint but not cream makeup (it seriously agitates my skin).
