Ive really enjoyed reading the posts youve made recently regarding narcissism vs npd as I never see anyone talk about this disorder in a way that doesnt frame people with npd as bad people who are "choosing" to be full of themselves. Also Id like to note that there is almost no self-help resources for people with npd, and the ones that are out there are for NTs to "deal with" narcissists.

There’s a similar shitty situation with complex ptsd (aka “borderline personality disorder”) where most of the help resources are based around helping “protect yourself from these bad scary people” and not helping people cope with and treat the symptoms they themselves are experiencing.

But yeah I’m glad to show a little nuance and discuss things in an empathetic way so we can get at good solutions for problems in the world and what ails so many.

i just had a uti a month ago n i dont think ur being overdramatic at all tbh its painful and it was messing w my psychotic/autistic stuff. p much all u can do is get antibiotics and take them exactly how they tell u to n ull be feelin better almost overnight im sorry that u have to deal w this :/
