thanks for sharing that beautiful video of verona! i went there for a few days almost 9 years ago and i looooved it (i honestly thought it was heaven on earth <3), but it was cool to get another glimpse :). you must really enjoy living in such a beautiful place! ~kindofalways

I do. I’m grateful to live here, even if the city - well, the people who live in the city aren’t perfect. The mayor himself is kind of a fascist, most of the people are homophobic and narrow-minded, because this is basically a small town. It’s nothing like Rome, Florence or Milan; there are less than 300.000 people residing in Verona (and we still get like millions of tourists every year - thanks to Shakespeare :D).

I’m hopeful for the future, though. Last year we protested against homophobia and that was the only “gay pride” I’ve ever seen in town. I felt very proud, because there were a lot of people more than anyone could have expected. I do have hope. :)

I think he meant this season as in season 2, because I assume this interview was done before the season finale aired. :) My guess, at least.
