Harper McIntyre. I was feeling it when I looked through your blog. (Secondary choice was Jasper, by the way.)
A backstory I came up with on the spot.
You’re not part of the delinquents, because (for a while) you thought committing any crime was just stupid. Then you began committing crimes - and the reason you’re not a delinquent is purely because you didn’t get caught. (Doesn’t mean your conscience didn’t yell at you, though.)
When you got to ground, you promptly told Chancellor Kane (or Abby, or Kane, depending on how they were feeling that day) that you basically stole food and supplies every other day, and they told you, (in true Abby/Kane fashion) that you could do better now you’re on the ground.
You find Jasper and Monty again, after Mount Weather, and reunite with your bestest buds for life (you totally lived next door to Jasper back on the Ark), before Harper catches your eye, and it’s sort of indescribable, but you just fit, you know? (She definitely teaches you how to roundhouse kick js.)
