Day 8: King Cobalt Could probably use more bulge

Working on Cobalt’s redesign. minor name change he’s now KING Cobalt instead of Prince.
You are a princess. You are going to marry the prince of your dreams in one week, but in the meantime you're in a sticky situation. You have only one chance to get married, so you absolutely have to be present at the wedding if you want to end up with prince charming. This wouldn't be too much of a problem on its own, but your parents and all the strongest knights are leaving for the whole week on some diplomatic trip. They're leaving you to take care of your baby brother and the castle. There are a bunch of powerful princess-kidnapper type villains that know about the marriage arrangement and will do anything in their power to keep you from your wedding. It's up to you to keep yourself from getting kidnapped, protect your baby brother, and keep the castle in one piece for the entire week. You have the castle guards and armoury at your disposal. Good luck.
You are the Kraken, and you have just awakened. You have no specific plans in mind, but you spot some boats and their tasty-looking crews on the surface. What will you do?
You are a parent of a new baby. However, you just found out, to your dismay, that the infant has superpowers. How are you going to deal with a child that has super strength and flight abilities before it can even walk? And it doesn't know not to crash through the ceiling of its nursery room or not to throw its cousin across the room.
You are a ghost. Yes, the pale, glowy, pass-through-walls type of ghost. No, you're not a dead person with unfinished business or anything. In fact, you've never even been a mortal human. Your parents were ghosts, and you have been one your entire life, if you can call it that. Anyway, you're going about your normal day (monster society idea might work well here), going to your workplace, doing your job, all that normal stuff. Obviously it's a bit different considering your limited interaction with the physical world, but it's still a pretty normal day. Then you hear about a series of malicious hauntings. It turns out that a bunch of ghosts are going around causing trouble. The city starts enacting tougher regulations on everything paranormal, and even called in a ghostbuster force to round up any ghost that does anything unusual. Innocent ghost friends of yours start disappearing, either by getting unjustly caught by the busters, or simply going missing. As the hauntings continue, uncaught, people start trusting you and your family less and less. How are you going to keep your name clear and stop the bad ghosts?
You wake up in a crater having lost your memory, on a planet that may or may not be your homeworld. You feel awful, like you've just come back from the dead. You happen to be wearing a solid-colored hooded outfit with a symbol on the front of the shirt part. After getting up and exploring for a while, you find that you have incredible power over a specific aspect and are very hard to kill. What do you do? Basically you are a God Tier SBURB/SGRUB/Swhatever player who has been thrust back into normal in-universe life with limited memory of their session or previous life. There are plenty of ways to take this. You can be a human, troll, or something else. Meteors may or may not be a thing, depending on the void/null/viable status of the universe's session. Maybe you do remember everything, but you have been scratch-duplicated by Skaia when you took the meteor back "home" and are now in a different instance of your universe than when you started. You could have been sent to any point in your planet's timeline.
You are a Homestuck fan. Gosh, you love Homestuck. It's practically all you think about. You donated all your money to the Kickstarter without thinking twice about it. Your room is just as filled with merchandise as your computer is with fanart. You've read it through 4.13 times (exactly!). You are basically a Homestuck expert. You know every tiny detail about it- no aspect of Homestuck escapes your all-consuming and over-enthusiastic eye. Gosh, how you wish it was all real. How you wish Sburb was real, how you wish youhad a capthalogue deck and a strife specibus and a sprite and a planet and... One day you discover that Sburb has just been released. You are super excited. More excited than anything else in your life. You check the news daily, and hear the reports of meteors about to collide with Earth. You get your belongings together, so you're all prepared for your wild journey into the Game. This is going to be amazing. The best adventure of your life. And there's nobody better to do it- who else could possibly know more about the game than you do? It really is a shame that you're not actually a player.
King Cobalt added: It turns out your neighbor, who has never heard of Homestuck, found a copy of the game and is in fact a legit player. The fact that they started already and have a meteor heading right for the neighborhood is the main reason why you don't have enough time to start playing yourself. Hop the fence with whatever you can carry and make sure they don't screw up everything.
