King Junior's Birthday
Yesterday, I got a call from my 4 year-old niece reminding me that on Monday I had to celebrate "King Junior's birthday party." She then told me the story of his life: "When King Junior was little he was black so no kids would play with him. Well, they could play with him if they were black and they wanted to play with him." I mentioned that I believed he also wrote "Letter from Birmingham Jail" but she said that had not been in the video she had seen and was therefore unlikely. Anyway, happy birthday, King Junior.
