Pence is also an authoritarian misogynistic let-them-eat-cake nutbird. Though it is doubtful that Trump will be impeached or resign, we do need to think a bit more about this Pence character who apparently is so fearful of his own lack of self-control that he won't have dinner with a woman other than his wife, just a quirky feature of his misogyny.
His capacity for transparent self-reference and making everything all about him is outstanding. There's nothing much valuable about being an outsider if you're just a stubborn ignoramus.
