What should I do? Be happy with lies or be sad with the truth.

I love KYLE's music 😍😂
Hudson Valley Brewery King Wavy - After how impressed I was after Saturday’s visit I admit I was setup for a letdown. This had a solid DIPA smell and initial DIPA taste, but finished with a strange tartness that was fairly off putting. I thought it may just be my palate playing tricks on me until I checked some other reviews and saw the same thing mentioned. Not enough to make it a terrible beer, but does make me wish I had just loaded up on their sours instead of going with an IPA offering.
KYLE is so underrated
Hudson Valley Incandenza & Silhouette - We needed something great to make up for our awful lunch experience and Hudson Valley Brewery exceeded all expectations. One of the absolute highlights of the day.
If not for a couple signs in the parking lot you’d never guess you had pulled up to a brewery. The abandoned warehouse looking exterior is pretty much matched by the minimalist industrial interior. There is a decent sized bar providing the pours and crowler fills and ample sitting + standing room for the reasonably sized crowd that was there when we arrived mid afternoon. The back wall is lined by hundreds of barrels filled with presumably delightful future wild ales.
Both beers were awesome. Incandenza came on very strong with its sourness, but really started to shine as my palate adjusted. Billed as a “sour IPA” it’s not a beer I’m sure I could drink a lot of, but a generous half pour was perfect. Silhouette was much more mellow in comparison, but also showed an incredible depth of flavor. It was so good we ended up taking a crowler to go as well. When a beer wins over the normally wine-loving wife it’s a real winner.
Having heard good things about their IPAs we took a crowler of King Wavy and having seen their sour beer mastery took a chance on Kinds of Light too without having a taste. The one negative I’ve seen mentioned is their pricing, but to be honest based on our first couple tastes the quality is there to back up the premium price-tag.
All the little niggahs in the hood wanna fight you and if I was a bitch I would act just like you
