Hey guys, I just wanted to come on and let you know I’ll be fairly busy the next few days. While I will still be on at least once a day to check the main and attempt to do some replies, I will not be around as often. I have no internet access on my phone right now, so I won’t be able to come on at work at all the next two days, then I have a family wedding to attend, and I’m spending the night in a hotel in the city, so that might take up a rather huge chunk of my weekend. I planned on being online all day today, but a friend had a last minute emergency so I spent the afternoon helping him. I will try to do a few things tonight, however I feel it would be best if we post-pone the Valentines day events I had planned to set up until next week, when I will have more time to dedicate to them.

Hey guys! Just a quick note and some updates! Just want to say that we know school is starting back soon and work is getting to be a lot for people as the season gets busy so if anyone needs a hiatus for any reason please let us know. Activity requirements are cut in half if you go on a semi-hiatus so there’s a possibility of that as well. I’m pretty busy myself so Nic and I definitely get it if you need to let some of the pressure off we would just like to be informed if you’re planning on taking one.

With that said, we also want to remind you that Wicked auditions are currently being held for the students King University. It should be fun and a way to get all the students involved in one project! Information on how your character can audition can be found here and if you don’t think your character would participate as an actor then other options to work on the musical can be found here

.Just one more reminder that events for February (Ideas for starters and paras can definitely come from these) can be found here.

THE NEW TUMBLR UPDATE

Hey guys. As a lot of you are aware, tumblr staff have now made an update that will not let you cut posts. I’ve been looking around all morning, and have some links that may help you deal with this annoyingness. 

THIS POST has a rundown of what will and won’t work, and links to guides to do it manually if you don’t want to mess with scripts. I have tested the script they suggest, and it works well and cuts out a few of the manual steps. THIS REPLY tells you how you can remove the ‘my reply goes here’ from the script.

 I also believe, but have yet to test it, that the NEW XKIT has a fix as well. I know the original Xkit guy has not updated in a long while, so some other people have created a new version. 

Hopefully this is helpful for you all, and if you need any more help, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

Just wanted to give a huge happy birthday shout out to one of the best admins I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Nikki does so much for King and for the members of this group and I think she deserves at least this much on her special day.

Nic, you’ve been one of the greatest friends I’ve ever had and I know things have been tough but I’m so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. You’re an amazing, strong, dedicated person and I hope your birthday is as wonderful as you are! I love you to the moon and back!
